• Prepare agendas and preside over quarterly membership meetings.

• Serve as the primary point of communication with HHNA membership.

• Serve as the primary neighborhood contact with the City of Little Rock.

• Maintain the HHNA member email list.

• Attend City Board meetings as needed when neighborhood-related items are on the agenda.

• Call board meetings as needed to address association business.

• Collect and deposit membership dues.

• Serve as liaison with the association’s bank.

• Maintain the list of dues-paying members.

• Present the Treasurer’s Report at quarterly membership meetings.

Brad Burleson, Vice President & Digital Media

• Support the President and overall HHNA leadership.

• Oversee HHNA’s social media, website, assist in communications

• Promote meetings, events, fundraisers, and neighborhood initiatives.

• Shape HHNA’s public voice, messaging, and visual consistency.

• Coordinate media outreach and public information when needed.

• Support storytelling and marketing for major projects, including Meriwether Park.

• Help keep neighbors informed with timely, accurate information.

Lucille DeGostin, Secretary

• Record minutes of Board and membership meetings.

• Present minutes for approval by the Board and membership.

Dylan Hamby, Crime Watch Coordinator

• Attend quarterly Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) meetings and report information to HHNA via email.

• Build relations and be the liaison between HHNA and the LRPD.

• Communications person between HHNA and LRPD, advising HHNA of any warnings or incidents in the neighborhood.
